1943 Vintage AF. H Co Wallingford Vt. 10X58 Rawhide & Wood Snow Shoes.
Up for auction is this pair of snow shoes made in Vermont, USA. As you can see by the pictures they are in excellent shape for their age except for the bindings. The leather is gone on one of the shoes that hold the shoe bindings. I don’t think the other one would last long either. The leather is original and old. If you don’t want to replace the worn leather and use them, then they would make a great display on a cabin wall or any wall for that matter. It would look like Sgt. Preston of the RCMP had just taken them off and left them at your house.
