This is a factory refurb that I bought new. I got this computer and I don't think I did even 30 hours on it.  I had to have it wiped and they replaced the hard drive so it's like new. After I got it back from Asus I had already purchased a computer because I needed one and so this one I just put away. I have like no time on the new hard drive. I believe they replace the whole motherboard too I'm not sure. All I know is it works excellent now and I need to sell it so somebody else can enjoy this could have been. Meantime I bought another computer so I have this one that's been sitting in my house doing nothing. It's like brand-new there's not even any scratches on it. Whoever gets this is getting a great deal. I paid 1400 for it. I paid another 0 to have Asus put a new hard drive and whatever else they did. I have the paperwork. The unit is like new.  It also comes with the charging cord of course, the pen which I spoke about before and there's also an adapter box that will connect take USB,  and HDMI ports and adapt and connect through USB C .
