The Benz broaching tool allows you to use your CNC vertical mill for broaching without damaging your spindle bearings. The broach holds a very accurate fixed position while the spindle is allowed to spin at a low RPM. This continual spinning of the spindle allows the broaching force to be applied evenly on your bearings and distribute the load, thus protecting your spindle and allowing to be an effective tool for accurate broaching.
