Used tested SLM (long coherence length) laser head on a professional flat heat sink, new head cable, used tested controller set to autostart and a Coherent Sapphire DC supply ready to plug into the board.  The controller board is for 20 mW lasers-not higher powers. Coherent CDRH lab controller used for testing is not included. See pictures. You get:
