Order of the Chief of General Wrangel  on 15 November 1921 for the sailors evacuated in Bizerte, was  established by the cross with the inscription "Bizerte" and the dates  "1920 - 1921". Rectangular cross was made of iron, copper, bronze or  silver, has a dark color and covered with black paint or enamel. Signs  at a later manufacturing around the perimeter had white enamel border.  Inscription and date were filled with white paint.
