index-able
boring bar.  There are 2 steps in the bar in which tooling can be installed, typically for a multi-
diameter
operation or for chamfering the first cut.  The cost to manufacture specialty tooling like this and of this quality is many times more expensive than our listing price.
The overall length is 8.125" (8-1/8"), the shank is
index-able
4" long and 1.500" (1-1/2") in diameter.   The small diameter for the first cutting tool is 0.780", the second step for the second cutting/chamfering tooling is 0.960".  This boring bar is gun bored (drilled) for coolant feeding.  If you need more pictures or dimensions please ask before you purchase.
