How it Works:
Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer Tablets for Cats contains praziquantel to quickly, safely and effectively remove tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum and Taenia taeniaeformis). Tablets can be given to your pet directly by mouth or crumbled and mixed with food.
Cautions:
Keep out of reach of children. Tell your veterinarian if your pet is weak or debilitated. Do not deworm a cat or kitten that is sick. Consult your veterinarian for diagnosis of the illness and appropriate care.

Store less than or equal to 77 F (25 C)

How is Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer Tablets for Cats supplied:
Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer Tablets for Cats are supplied in a bottle of 3 scored tablets. Each scored tablet contains 23 mg of praziquantel.
How should this medication be given:
Cats and kittens over the age of 6 weeks should be given Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer Tablets for Cats in the following dosages according to weight: 4 lbs and under give ½ tablet, 5-11 lbs give 1 tablet, over 11 lbs give 1½ tablets.
Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer Tablets for Cats Directions:
Elanco Tapeworm Dewormer Tablets for Cats may be given directly in the mouth or offered crumbled and mixed with a small amount of food.
You should weigh your cat to make sure you are using the right number of tablets.
Administer to cats and kittens older than 6 weeks only as directed in the Dosage chart below.
RETREATMENT:
Steps should be taken to control fleas and rodents on the premises in order to prevent reinfection; otherwise, retreatment will be necessary. This is especially true in cases of tapeworms transmitted by fleas (Dipylidium caninum) where reinfection is almost certain to occur if you do not
remove fleas from your pet
and the immediate environment. If reinfection occurs, tapeworm segments may be observed within one month of the initial treatment.
