Description

Modular white round flush mount wall jack.

Flush mounted/Round jack for replacement and prewire use.
Function: Allows for flush mounted wall connection of modular line cord use for initial installation, replacement of blank telephone round plates. Eliminates wire stapled to baseboard.
Tools Needed: Flathead Screwdriver.
Assembly Installation:
Remove old wall cover plate from wall box
Loosen plate screws in new wall plate and separate bracket from plate
Secure bracket to wall using the screws provided
Connect existing wires from wall box to new jack taking care to match color of wires to color coded terminals.
Replace round wall jack to wall bracket using original screws from step 2
