High power green thin-disk DPSS laser head made by Jenoptik Laser in Germany. This is model Jenlas D2.2 which was removed from a very low hour medical device. While this is specified to produce 2W, lasers sold for medical operation are very conservatively rated and this laser is easily capable of producing much higher powers. I tested it at 20A diode current where it produces >5 watts. I also tested it briefly at the maximum current of 25A where it produced 7.5W. I would encourage running the laser at 5W for longest life. A copy of the manual will be provided to the buyer on request.
This includes the laser head mounted to a heat sink with TECs used to control the head (and thus the pump diode) temperature. Testing was done with the diode temperature at 28C and the LBO temperature at 36C. No power supply / controller is included. To power this laser head, you will need:
Laser diode driver capable of providing up to 25A at around 2V for the internal 20W pump diode
1.5A 4V TEC driver to control the internal LBO temperature
10A 24V TEC driver to control the laser head (specifically the internal pump laser diode) temperature
a small fan to keep the heat sink cool

The JenLas® D2.3 is a doubled-frequency, diode-pumped thin-disc laser with high beam quality, operating at the wavelength of 532nm and providing >3W (cw) of output power. Efficiency and modulation capability of its cw-radiation distinguish this laser. Its compact OEM design allows easy integration with numerous applications. The thin disc architecture allows excellent beam quality at all output levels with smooth modulation, unlike many other DPSS designs. This makes them an excellent choice for laser entertainment systems.
