    Description

    This visible fiber laser made by MPB Communications in Canada is ready to install in your Nikon microscope system or research lab! Tested to output 200 mW at under 8 Amps diode current the laser is working properly.  One Watt 642 nm red lasers like this are available also. See my other listings.  Computer control of laser in power or current mode. Chip with software and USB cable are included! The user can re-tune the SHG temperature to extend diode lifetime easily. Almost perfect beam quality due to the fiber spatial filter effect. The laser head box is really a frequency doubler from IR to Yellow. Cool frequency doubled Ytterbium fiber laser technology-VERY RELIABLE! No export for items over ,500-so consider that when making offers from out of the USA.  Power meter and lab jack not included. This laser has a fairly broad linewidth and is NOT suitable for Holography as a recording laser but would be awesome for playback! :)
