A very cute VGUC accessory. All of the coordinating details in "Check Mates" from Muffy's acorns to Hoppy's carrots are so sweet and can be enjoyed whether you have the rest of the "Check Mates" collection or not. This set includes all pieces and the board. Please note that one of Hoppy's bishop pieces (the duck with the carrot) appears to be missing the carrot, as I noticed a few other sets sold on ebay have. My mother was the original owner and she kept it in a smoke free, pet free home. I don't know whether she bought it this way or not.
