New Focus ECDL System 633 nm 2mW Excellent condition with spare head! SLM !!

Description

This a clean used New Focus model 7004 laser, 633 nm around 2.3 mW output power with Vortex 6000 controller. This listing also includes a second, tested properly working model 6005 laser (with modulation input). Outut power is similar. Extended cavity diode lasers like this are designed to operate single frequency and can replace stabilized HeNe lasers for many applications. This laser
operates
properly in the constant current mode up to near 2.5 mW and can be set in the constant power mode also near 2.5 mW maximum. Set at say 2 mW  in constant power it would be very stable and have a long lifetime. Beam profile looks round near the laser head but this is an uncorrected diode laser; in the far
field
it is
elliptical
