    This is a vintage plush bear from North American Bear Co. This bear is from their V.I.B. or Very Important Bear line, and is copyrighted 1979. This is THE LAST EMPBEAROR. Bear does not have original tags, but has sewn in labels at neck. He has been lightly displayed but not played with and is in excellent condition, with no off odors.
