We took the main components of the Home Dual Shot and made them weather-resistant. The backboard is plexiglass (so it won’t swell and rot). The sensors and large three-digit scoreboard are fully encased, so they’ll work even when wet. We added UV coating to the heavy-duty nylon ball ramp and weather-proofed the sturdy frame (1.5” tubes) while keeping the wheels for mobility.
The game play is the same as on the latest model Home Dual Shot: 16 games, from the classic 1-on-1 competition to individual skill challenges. There’s an audio component, with 3 different music selections, sound effects (crowd noise and basket “swishes”) and an announcer who calls the game. And to make all of this easy to manage, a Control Panel on the front of the game.
