Spectra Physics Cyan 488nm 20mW Laser w/ Controller

This auction is for a NEW Spectra Physics Cyan 488nm 20mW Laser and Controller.
While these are NEW, the laser head does not make full power.  The head will power and and go through a stabilization routine, but will not make full power.  Laser head may eventually get a temp error.
I have a bunch of these, so possibly someone could figure out what is wrong and fix them.
The controller works, and powers all Spectra Physics CYAN laser heads.  Both controller had heads have 0 hours, or <1 hour from testing.
These include a test data sheet for each laser showing that at one point they passed inspection.
I have about 25 of these systems available.
Will include a pdf copy of the user manual.
