Spectra Physics Excelsior 561-75 DPSS Laser System with a Crystal Technologies 3200 Series Acousto-Optic Modulator (AOM) that can be used for analog modulation. The laser produces >75mW at 561nm and is specified to be Single Longitudinal Mode (SLM) aka Single Frequency. The specified linewidth is <10MHz which corresponds to a coherence length over 10 meters. This was removed from a Toptica iChrome multi-wavelength laser engine where it was enabled for only 13 hours so it is practically unused. We've tested it and guarantee that it performs like new. Ideal for biotech, interferometry, holography or other scientific applications that require a high quality, low noise laser. This includes the laser head, controller, cable and a pre-wired 5V DC Power supply to get you up an running quickly.
The laser is mounted to an assembly with an adjustable mirror and the AOM. We're including the AOM driver from the laser engine. It is powered by 5V DC at around 500mA on the red and black wires. The analog modulation signal is 0 to 1.5V and should be connected to the white wire. It is configured such that there is no laser output with no RF drive.
